Amadou Cisse, partner and co-founder of Mansa Infrastructure Partners, has over a decade of experience in the development and financing of infrastructure projects.

Over the past years, he has been responsible for the development of multiple infrastructure projects and transactions within the transport and energy sectors on behalf of Meridiam, a global infrastructure investment fund, and Africa50, a pan-African investment platform created by African governments and the African Development Bank to adress the continent’s infrastructure financing gap.

Previously, Amadou worked as a senior consultant at Mazars in Paris, where he provided financial expertise to EPCs and investment funds in structuring and raising financing for a diverse array of projects (highways, solar and wind power plants, gas-fired power stations, fiber optic networks, etc.).

Amadou also held the position of senior technical consultant at the British engineering firm Currie & Brown, where he advised numerous banks and investors on project financing and M&A transactions.

Amadou is a graduate engineer from the École Nationale des Arts et Métiers in Franc and holds a master's degree in project and structured finance from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
