Amadou Sy, partner and co-founder of Mansa Infrastructure Partners, has over 20 years of experience in the development and financing of infrastructure projects.

He previously was Senior Investment Director at Meridiam, a global infrastructure investment fund, where he was instrumental in deploying their operations in Africa.

Amadou also held the position of Executive Director for Africa at the Urban Resilience Fund (TURF), an impact fund developed in collaboration with the Rockefeller Foundation and the UN Capital Development Fund to support cities in developing critical and resilient infrastructure.

Amadou has also contributed to a number of transport and energy infrastructure projects, including airports and ports, railways, roads and highways, with international firms such as Egis International, Currie & Brown and Deloitte.

Amadou holds a degree in civil engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal anda master's degree in public affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
