ansa Infrastructure Partners is the sponsor of the Mansa Infrastructure Delivery Fund (the MIDeF), a EUR 300 million fund leveraging concessional and commercial capital, as well as project development expertise to support the delivery of essential infrastructure in Africa.

The MIDeF partners with private and public sponsors by providing project development funding and expertise to incubate a pipeline of well prepared and investable projects. As co-investor, the MIDeF also injects, on a case-by-case basis, project financing equity at financial close.

The MIDeF targets projects across 3 fundamental development pillars: energy security, food security and sustainable mobility.

First close of the MIDeF at ~EUR 180 million is slated for Q2 2025.
